the beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly.
the elevator was slow and the pool was cold and out of service. i found pest problems on the balcony and missed having ice anywhere in the hotel.

Great location near restaurants and activities, spotless rooms, friendly staff, multiple bars, access to beach.
Felt snug, no complaint.

i had a truly amazing experience at Sheraton. the staff was great, the large balcony with ocean view was perfect. the outdoor pool was amazing. the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. valet parking services were a great convenience.
Don't have any issues at all 🙂
